The #11oneRantChallenge
Albeit practicing social distance is socially en vogue, us as officials are finding creative ways to stay connected, to stay together. It has always been our mission to humanize officials, to tell stories of what officialsb what they do when they are off the court, and lead their normal lives.
Those normal lives have been highlighted in many of the featured guests on the podcast and through the art that we have been creating, despite these abnormal times. In the month of June, I’ve have my own personal challenge to stay centered, work on my core principles – whether that be health, sound mind, and writing.
Even though we can’t be together on the field or the court,
we are looking for partners.
And just like having those partners on the floor, Referee Rant has teamed up with the team at ElevenOne Officiating to create for the month of June the #11oneRantChallenge
We have been working hard behind the scenes to have a carefully thought out project to motivate officials and NON-OFFICIALS alike to come TOGETHER and be active in mind and in spirit.
For the mind, we bring you: daily affirmations.
An affirmation is a simplistic, positive statement declaring specific goals in their completed states. Referee Rant and ElevenONE will be posting our respective daily affirmations, as we are nominating ourselves to make it a habit to share them with all of you, daily. and we’d like YOU TO NOMINATE SOMEONE AND share those with you as well.
We have formatted it as a PDF so you can print it and write it down, and made it in the form of an IG Story, or any of your favorite social media outlet so you can share it through social media! We want to collect the very best of them and have a little surprise at the end!
And for the body, we have built a CORE CHALLENGE that we will be rolling all month of June. We are going to be sharing those videos of us doing it, and we would encourage all to nominate someone to partake in it as well!
